LUCKY YOU PROMOTION — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Promotion Period

The Samantha James “Lucky You” Promotion begins September 28, 2026 and ends October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Samantha James The Collection are not eligible to participate.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter, email samantha@samanthajamesthecollection.com with the subject line “LUCKY YOU ENTRY” during the Promotion Period.

The email must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth.

Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person will not increase that person’s chances of winning.

A purchase from Samantha James The Collection is not required to enter and will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

Prizes

Lucky You prizes consist of:

• Louis Vuitton keychain
• $100 cash prizes
• $100 Samantha James The Collection gift cards

Winners will receive one of the prizes listed above. Prizes are awarded as described and are non-transferable. Samantha James The Collection reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

No fee, shipping charge, purchase, or other payment will be required from a winner to receive a prize.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility before receiving a prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified in the notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

Prize Delivery

Prizes may be delivered by mail or another method determined by Samantha James The Collection. Winners will not be required to pay shipping or handling charges to receive a prize.

Samantha James The Collection is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because an entrant supplied incorrect or incomplete contact information.

General Conditions

Samantha James The Collection reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, circumvent the entry limit, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Samantha James The Collection reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other factors materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Samantha James The Collection and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
